Mr. Saeed was awarded his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the prestigious University of London (External Programme), and completed his Legal Practice Course from BPP University, England; following that, Mr. Saeed pursued his career in Litigation and Corporate Advisory as an esteemed member of the Sindh Bar Council in Pakistan.
During his career, Mr. Saeed has gained experience working at a stock exchange, Pakistan’s leading bank, various law firms, and the country’s largest conglomerate and has acquired a wide range of experience, encompassing the broadest range of intellectual acumen, in the corporate sector whilst working for multi-national organizations. He has obtained extensive experience in various sectors including, inter alia, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Aviation, Maritime & Admiralty, Projects & Infrastructure, and Energy Law (including Renewable Energy) and has advised on LNG, and Chemical handling facilities.
Further Mr. Saeed previously also held the position of Company Secretary at Elengy Terminal Pakistan Limited, Engro Elengy Terminal (Pvt) Limited and Engro Enfrashare (Pvt) Limited.
Mr. Saeed’s current engagements at AKLA involve advising local and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, energy sector, procurement process, special economic zones, waste-to-energy initiatives, and infrastructure development.
